| Description |
I admit that I have never tried this, but Yard's is a great company. The website describes it as "Boasting superior taste and champion flavor, the Brawler is crafted in the
style of English session ales. This malt-forward, ruby colored ale is great for when you want to go a few rounds." "Session" brews
mean low alcohol. "Mild Ale" is an English brew from the 1600s, where "mild" meant "not stale" (the latter being normal).
"Mild" also meant it had more zip than the regular stuff (not describing its hop content). "Mild ales" are prit'near not brewed any longer - maybe for a reason. We'll see.
If it's really good, we could start a "pugilist club" and go a few rounds. Our church or yours? |
